Document Management

WinFedBiz provides a focused document management (DMS) function that maintains documents relevant to the Business Capture Team (BCT) in a functional hierarchy to ensure that it consistently maintained appropriate documents in the same place for every project. That, of course, is subject to human folly, but manages all documents the BCT requires managing a capture campaign.  Its use is relatively simple, yet powerful. There are no complex rules or trails to complicate its operation. We support check-out, check-in, versioning and document permissions. We intend the document management system to be used only for project capture campaigns and not for a general document management system for any other purposes.
